Claire joined Accelerator in early 2008 as Client Support Co-ordinator and is responsible for managing our support services across a variety of projects, with roles ranging from database management to desktop publishing and the co-ordination of multi-national training programmes.
Previously Claire gained four valuable years of experience working as a Client Support Supervisor at a global management consultancy. This position enabled her to develop and hone exceptional customer service and administration skills. Prior to joining the management consultancy, Claire worked as a Receptionist at a well known hotel chain. This position has given her an excellent understanding of what it means to be a frontline customer service professional. Claire graduated from Greenwich University in 2004, where she studied a BA Hons in Business Studies, majoring in Operations Management. A large part of her final year was spent focusing on Total Quality Management and relating concepts. Highlighting the delivering of effective products and services through best practice adoption of ISO9000 and other quality based models.
