Matt’s joined the team in mid-2017 as a Training Evaluation Co-ordinator. He has experience in the insurance and financial consultancy sectors within customer and client management. Matt also has experience in handling data, organising accounts and facilities support.
Starting his career as an apprentice, Matt has an NVQ in Business and Administration and has a well-rounded experience in back-office and front of house services, where he has more recently honed his interests in analytics and customer service.
